The importance of teen depression screenings

A few years ago, I lost two students to suicide. It was a huge shock to me and many others.

In Marion County (Illinois) in 2015, 12 people have ended their life. Of those 12, six were teenagers. The community is pulling together by organizing programs to help educate the community on the signs and what can be done to prevent it.

The website The Forever Decision provides a multitude of resources. Below are links to a depression screener and suicide warning signs. Share these resources with others it might help save a life.
