Eliminate Negative Self Talk

As a teacher, one of the most hated phrases I hear is "I hate my life."

For some reason my son has brought that phrase into our house and it drives me nuts. What has happened a particular moment for someone to utter those four words.

It is so easy to talk badly about yourself. I weigh too much. I'm fat. Look at those wrinkles and loose skin. Over time, these negative thoughts and talk begin to hurt your self-esteem.

Be proactive and eliminate negative self talk.
