Setting a routine...10 Things to do before 10 A.M.

I'm more productive with a to do list and a routine.

Establishing a routine for me is difficult, but when I wake up I attempt to get focused over a cup of coffee, devotion and reading through the news of the morning.

Routine was incredibly important for me during the depths of my depression. Having a plan before bedtime helped me settle in for a good nights sleep. Having a list and knowing what I had to accomplish helped me go about my day.

The Power of Positivity website compiled a list of 10 Things You Should Do Before 10 AM.
