Daily meditation can increase happiness

Research has shown that increased stress leads to being more unhappy. Other studies have shown that being exposed to increased amounts of stress over time can lead to depression and other illnesses.

Sarah Poland, in her article for the Forbes website, discusses the link between daily meditations and lower stress levels which leads to more happiness.
