Anxiety exists

Anxiety went hand in hand with my depression. I would have paralyzing anxiety attacks without being able to explain what triggered them. It was the worst feeling having an anxiety attack in public. I had one at work and was unable to speak clearly and had trouble breathing. They are embarassing.

If I am having an anxiety attack in public and if have the opportunity, I go to a bathroom stall or go outside until the attack lets up.

When I would try and explain it to coworkers, they didn't understand. In some cases, I felt that they though I was making it up.

Anxiety does exist...anxiety attacks happen...

Don't judge...don't stare...just love!
