Tricking yourself to exercise

Going to the gym or getting any exercise was not on my priority list. Sometimes pulling myself off the couch was a challenge.

I dreaded going to the doctor and seeing the scale continue to climb. I hated responding to the question, "Are you exercising yet?"

A few months ago, I stumbled across the article How Can You Trick Yourself Into Going to the Gym?

I wish this article would have existed in September of 2012. Maybe I wouldn't have to work as hard removing excess fat and weight at the gym.

The key is to set a goal. Sign a contract with yourself. Be disciplined. Enlist someone to hold you accountable.
